Windows Password Reset

To reset your windows password, go to https://aka.ms/sspr  



Type in your ekidz or epeopleamerica email address.  Type in the characters and click next.



Type in your mobile phone number or alternate method of authentication.  It may take a few minutes to get to the next step.


Type in your new password.


**** Please note your new Password must meet the following requirements: ****


* Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

* Be at least six characters in length.

* Contain character from three of the following four categories:

   English uppercase characters (A through Z)

   English Lowercase characters (a through z)

   Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

   Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

* Complexity requirements are enforced when password are changed or created.

* The last 24 passwords are saved and cannot be used again.


Log into the Sewickley VPN.  Once logged into the VPN make sure you type ctrl-alt-del on your computer and select "Lock". Type in your new password.  If you do not your account will get locked out.  You will also need to log into Outlook or Teams and put the new password in.  Once you do that your new Windows Password will be synced with your other Microsoft applications.
